Both dialup and high speed access accounts include Usenet news access.

Dialup and News-only accounts

In order to use the new service, all news client programs must be set to use authentication to connect to the news server.

News accounts are intended for personal use, not automated article collection or archiving. News server access is limited to 128Kbps per user with a maximum of two connections.

High speed wireless access accounts

News is available when using your prxy Internet Services high speed access network connection. Usenet news access for use anywhere (using authentication as above) is available for an additional low monthly fee.
